Detail itinerary

Day 01: Arrive at Delhi.

Arrival at Delhi IGI  International airport, On arrival  traditional ‘Swagat’ (Welcome) our company representative would assist you at the airport & transfer to hotel for check-in.

Settled several times over millennia, this city has grown in a way that reflects its past, while retaining its cosmopolitan flavour. Delhi is India’s showcase, be it architecture, religion, shopping, culture – everything is available here – waiting to be discovered.

Day 02: Delhi.

After leisure breakfast at Hotel, experience one of the oldest cities in the world. Delhi has its own history and the monuments are tablets on which that history is written. Full day sightseeing visiting Humayun’s Tomb, Qutub Minar, lotus temple and then travel through India Gate, The Parliament House and Presidents House.

Not to miss the Old Delhi which is known as “Shahjahanbad”. Visit imposing Red Fort, The Friday Mosque, Birla Templeand Chandni Chowck (The Moonlight Square).

Day 03: Delhi-Agra (210kms/ 4hrs drive approx.)

After leisure breakfast in morning you will drive to Agra; upon arrival check in to the hotel take small break .After break you will process half day tour of Agra. History says, Agra was founded by Sultan Sikander Lodi in 1504. But it flourished much later under Mughal patronage. If it’s Agra, Taj Mahal (closed every Friday) has to be your halt. The white marble mausoleum built by Emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal on the banks of Yamuna, is the ultimate epitome of love. Owing to beautiful Mughal architecture, Taj features among the Seven Wonders of The World.

Latter you will visit Agra Fort made of red sandstone by Akbar in 1565 is another classic example of Mughal craftsmanship.

Evening time free for leisure and shopping.

Day 04: Agra – via Fatehpur Sikri –Jaipur.( 225kms/ 5hrs drive approx.)
After leisure breakfast check out the hotel and drive to Jaipur,, the land of Rajput Kings, while crossing the 16th century historical town Fatehpur Sikri. This erstwhile imperial capital of the Mughals is popular for its red sandstone structures. We reach Jaipur in the afternoon, and after some refreshments, we start our exploration with the City Palace (the formal residence of the royal family). Showcasing a perfect blend of the Rajasthani and Mughal architectural patterns, the complex houses a museum with a rare collection of the articles belonging to the royal families. Our last halt for the day is Jantar Mantar, the largest stone observatory built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh.
Evening free for leisure and shopping.

Day 05: jaipur.

After leisure breakfast , you will process for ancient capital of Amber that is located at a close proximity to Jaipur (11 km). In ancient times, Amber served as the capital of the Kachhawaha dynasty for 6 centuries. The journey to the Palace Fortress is best covered while riding an Elephant. Enroute we will visit the Hawa Mahal (Palace of the Winds). This red sandstone architectural wonder, built in 1799 AD, has 953 casements / windows. We visit the colourful market area of Jaipur in the afternoon. A visit to a factory to see the famous block printing work will refresh your senses. We also pay a short visit to the ‘Laxmi Narayan Mandir’ in New Jaipur City in the evening. This famous Hindu temple is made of pure white marble. Today we have dinner while enjoying the live performances of traditional Indian music and dance. After dinner return to hotel and take rest.

Day 06: Jaipur – Via. Chittorgarh  – Udaipur (400kms/ 7hrs drive approx.)

After leisure breakfast check out the hotel and drive to Udaipur enroot visit Cittorgarh. There are major attractions are the forts & its towers & temples like Kalikamata Temple,Vijay Stambh – the victory tower, Kirtistambh – the tower of pride, and the Padmini Mahal. Chittorgarh Fort has a historical importance & is known as the pride of Rajputs. The huge fort is located on the top of a 180m high Hill, it covers an area of 240 hectares. There are seven different gates between the road.Vijay Stambh,the nine storied tower ,known as Vijay Stambh or Victory Tower has a wonderful view of the city. It was built in 1440 by Maharana Kumbha when hed defeated Mohamed Khilji. Kirti Stambh,the tower of fame is 22 m high & has 7 stories, it was built in 12th century by a very rich Jain businessman. The other interesting places are Padmini Palace, where Ala-ud-din saw the reflection of the beautiful queen Padmini. Kalika Mata Temple,built in 8th century for Sun, and now since 14th century it is dedicated to Kalika Mata.

After sightseeing drive to continue Udaipur. On arrival check into the hotel and take rest.

Day 07: In Udaipur.
After leisure breakfast half day sightseeing tour visiting the City Palace, Jagdish Temple and Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir. Also drive around Fatehsagar Lake and Sahelion Ki Bari. Afternoon excursion to Eklingji and Nagda. Visit the magnificent temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Also visit Jain temples and Sas- Bahu temple dedicated to Vishnu.

Day 08: Udaipur/ Mumbai/ Aurangabad.

After breakfast transfer to Airport to connect flight for Aurangabad via Mumbai. On arrival Aurangabad transfer to hotel.

Day 09: In Aurangabad.

After early breakfast proceed for excursion to visit Ajanta Caves (106kms) dating back to the 2nd Century B.C. The 30 Rock Hewn Caves adorned with Buddhist sculpture and Frescoes portraying in epic from the religious and secular life through eight century. Note: Ajanta Caves remain closed on every Monday.

Day 10: Aurangabad/Mumbai.

After leisure breakfast visit Ellora Caves- which encompass 34 rock cut shrines representing Buddhist, Hindu and Jain art dating from 6th to 10th Century A.D. The most remarkable among them is the Kailash Temple, meant to be replica of Lord Shiva’s celestial abode, Kailash. It is the best example of rock cut architecture and an engineering marvel. Note: On every Tuesday Ellora Caves remain closed. Afternoon transfer to Airport to connect Flight for Mumbai. On arrival Mumbai, transfer to Hotel and take rest.

Day 11: Depart Mumbai.

After leisure breakfast half day sightseeing tour of Mumbai visiting Kamla Nehru Park, Hanging Gardens situated on the slopes of Malabar Hill, offering a panoramic view of Marine Drive & Chowpatty Beach, Prince of Wales Museum, Mani Bhawan, Dhobi Ghat, Gateway of India and drive through the Crawford Market, Marine Drive and Flora Fountain. Evening transfer to Airport to connect flight for onward destinations.
