Detail itinerary

Day 01: Arrive at New Delhi.

On arrival at Indira Gandhi International airport, New Delhi warm welcome with folded hand by our representative & get transfer to the hotel.

New Delhi: The capital and the third largest city of India is a fusion of the ancient and the modern. Standing along the West End of Gangetic Plain, the capital city, Delhi, unwinds a picture rich with culture, architecture and human diversity, deep in history, monuments, museums, galleries, gardens and exotic shows. Comprising of two contrasting yet harmonious parts, the Old Delhi and New Delhi, the city is a travel hub of Northern India. Delhi is a palimpsest, bearing the complexities, the contradictions, the beauty and the dynamism of a city where the past coexists with the present. Many dynasties ruled from here and the city is rich in the architecture of its monuments. Diverse cultural elements absorbed into the daily life of the city have enriched its character. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02: Delhi sightseeing.

After leisure breakfast at hotel, experience one of the oldest cities in the world. Delhi has its own history and the monuments are tablets on which that history is written. Full day sightseeing visiting Humayun’s Tomb, Qutub Minar, lotus temple and then travel through India Gate, The Parliament House and Presidents House.

Not to miss the Old Delhi which is known as “Shahjahanbad”. Visit imposing Red Fort, The Friday Mosque, Birla Templeand Chandni Chowck (The Moonlight Square).

Day 3 : Delhi – Rishikesh (220 Kms. /06 hrs. drive approx).

After leisure breakfast check out the hotel and drive to Rishikesh and upon at Rishikesh – the holy city of saintsa and check in to the hotel. “The Glasshouse on the Ganges” – set in a lychees and mango orchard of The Maharaja of Tehri Garhwal, with a garden of tropical plants, full of rare birds and butterflies, it has a sand beach of its own. You sunbathe, jungle walk, river raft and can fish with a permit. On arrival check in to the hotel and take small rest. After small rest you will Trayambakeshwar Temple, Bharat Mata Mandir and Lakshman Jhula. Latter you will see Ganga Aarati.

Day 4: Rishikesh – Narender Nagar (ANANDA SPA & RESORT).

After leisure breakfast you will  visit the Ram Jhula and Parmar Niketan Ashram. Later drive to Narender Nagar, an extremely picturesque drive through the hilly areas culminates in the final breathtaking ascent to Ananda. On arrival, check in at the Ananda in the Himalayas at Palace view room and rest of the day free for personal activities or can go for a massage sessions or various oil treatments available at the resort.

Day 5 : Narender Nagar (ANANDA SPA).

Full day at Ananda Spa and Resort for Ayurvedic Rejuvenation Program which focuses on prevention, maintenance and the improvement of one’s health and overall sense of well-being. The personalized program will include a dosha specific Ayurvedic diet, therapeutic juices, stimulating and purifying therapies, daily Yoga and Meditation. Day 6: Narender Nagar (ANANDA SPA).

After breakfast at hotel discover yourself with the guidance of the ancient human science and art of India known as Yoga. Day 7 : Narender Nagar (ANANDA SPA).

Today you attend Ananda Ayurvedic Rejuvenation Program which is geared toward revitalizing an individual by ridding and preventing weariness, stress and fatigue. Day 8: Narender Nagar (ANANDA SPA).

Today  you will attend  own Yoga activities. According to Ayurveda, the universe is made of five primordial elements, namely earth, air, fire, water and ether. These elements themselves are inanimate, but in combination give rise to three main biological forces or principles in the human body, called doshas – vata, pitta and kapha. These doshas are key to your physiological nature. As every human being has a different balance of elements, one dosha is typically predominant in our constitution and ascertains our personality. Attend Ayurvedic and Wellness Consultation, yoga sessions and other activities.

Day 9: Narender Nagar (ANANDA SPA).

Today you will take participation in Meditation classes. Meditation is a state of heightened awareness and peace of mind, increasing relaxation, unlocking the storehouse of energy within the body. Attend your meditation session, yoga sessions and other activities.
