Detail itinerary

Day 01: Arrive at  Delhi.

On Arrival at Delhi IGI  International airport,  traditional ‘Swagat’ (Welcome) by our company representative would assist you at the airport & transfer to hotel for check-in.

Delhi is the capital of India and its third largest city. The city’s importance lies not just in its past glory as the seat of empires and magnificent monuments, but also in the rich and diverse cultures.

Overnight stay at hotel.


Day 02: Delhi.

After leisure breakfast at hotel, experience one of the oldest cities in the world. Delhi has its own history and the monuments are tablets on which that history is written. Full day sightseeing visiting Humayun’s Tomb, Qutub Minar, lotus temple and then travel through India Gate, The Parliament House and Presidents House.

Not to miss the Old Delhi which is known as “Shahjahanbad”. Visit imposing Red Fort, The Friday Mosque, Birla Templeand Chandni Chowk (The Moonlight Square).

Day 03: Delhi – Haridwar – Rishikesh.

After leisure breakfast check out of the hotel and transfer to the railway station to connect train for Haridwar. In Haridwar, our representative escort and transfer you to Ashram at Rishikesh. Rishikesh is a holy city of India and is also said to be as the hatha yoga capital of the world, a totally vegetarian town. Arrive at Ashram, resting on the banks of the holy Ganga, nestled in the lap of the Himalayas. Rest of the day at the Ashram.

Day 04: Rishikesh.

Early morning yoga class followed by relaxation of body and mind. Also you may learn breath awareness exercise and stretching exercise. Before breakfast, ayurveda charya will check your body type and explain you different Doshas and details of prevention, maintenance and also about improvement of ones health.

Afternoon visit Triveni Ghats for exclusive Ganga Arti, dedicated to Goddesses Ganga.

Evening you may enjoy yoga & traditional meditation class with one of well recognize personality.

Day 05: Rishikesh.

Today we shall enjoy to learn relaxation asan from well recognize personality. Later Stimulating & purifying Ayurvedic therapies as per the guidlines of Ayurvedic consultant. Afternoon visit the ancient Bharat mandir & Rishi Kund Temple in Rishikesh.   Evening enjoy yoga & traditional meditation class with some recognize personality.

Day 06: Rishikesh.

Today we’ll get training for PRANAVAM (advance breathing), Dynamic yoga and also advance yoga postures. After Yoga you will start your panchkarma treatment.

Panchkarma: This five-fold purification therapy aims at correcting the imbalance of the body’s Doshas or bioenergies (Vata, Pitta and Kapha) in order to maintain their inherent equilibrium and Ama, which forms as a result.

Panchakarma Panchakarma therapy has three main stage such as Poorva karma, Pradhanakarma and Paschatkarma.

Poorvaa karma: Poorvaa karma is said to be as first stage which comprises essential preliminary procedures for preparing the body to unload stored toxins.The treatments help to loosen Ama (toxins) and move it out. With the Panchakarmas cleaning therapies helps to eliminate it.

Pradhanakrarma: Pradhanakrarma is the second stage and includes the main cleansing therapies.

Paschatkarma is the final step in Pancha Karma and is administered to replenish our body and intense detox procedure. It also helps us attain a balance between our Doshas. Afternoon Drive up to Vashistha Gufa. The entire drive is along the river Ganges towards the source for about an hour. Arrive and explore vashistha Goofa (cave), where famous saint Vasistha, meditated. A perfect place for transcendental meditation. Late afternoon drive back to resort.

Evening meditation and curative yoga.

Day 07: Rishikesh.

Early morning wake up for Pranayam and do advance technique of Yoga. After Yoga you shall do Panchkarma treatment. Afternoon trip to Devprayag, one of the fifth most important confluences of Garhwal Himalayas. On arrive explore the area and visit 10th century old temple of Ragunath-ji.

Day 08: Rishikesh – Haridwar – Delhi.

Morning after leisure breakfast drive to Haridwar which is hardly 25 kms from Rishkesh and Takes about 30 minute drive. Upon arrival visit Mansa Devi Temple: The temple of Goddess Mansa Devi is situated at the top of Bilwa Parvat. Mansa means desire and it has been observed that the devotees who visit this temple with the genuine wishes gets their wishes fulfilled, Chandi Devi Temple, this temple is at the top of Neel Parvat on the other bank of river Ganges. The story goes that Chanda-Munda, the army chief of the Demons Shumbh-Nishumbh were killed by Goddess Chandi hence, the name Chandi Devi. And Har-Ki-Pauri : (the footstep of God) ghat, also known as the Brahmakund, is one of the most sacred pilgrim places. Later transfer to the railway station to connect train for Delhi. Upon arrival check in to the hotel and take rest.

Day 09: Delhi.

After leisure breakfast check out the hotel and drive to International airport to connect flight for your onward journey with happy memories.
